Amazing as the results are with other forms of spirit healing, those obtained by absent healing are at first sight many times more mystifying. With contact healing there is the tangible human link, but with absent healing there is only the intangible medium of thought and prayers.
Briefly, absent healing is directed by the healer on behalf of someone at a distance, generally a person whom the healer has never seen. The patient may be on the other side of the world; distance is immaterial, and that is the key.
